Three people were shot, including a 3-year-old and a 12-year-old girl, during a neighborhood vigil for a victim of gun violence in Homewood Wednesday night.
The shooting took place at Monticello Street and North Lang Avenue just after 9 p.m., police said.
An adult was also injured. All three were in stable condition at Pittsburgh hospitals.
Bystanders at the scene said the incident occurred as a crowd of some 50 to 60 people, mainly youngsters, gathered for the vigil to mark the two-year anniversary of the death of 19-year-old Anton Smith.
